Who is responsible
Roy Bernheim, Lever & Proof. Email: tech@roybernheim.com, for any question or request about your data.
What the forms collect and why
- Order request (teams page): your name, role, company and work email, your choices (option, number of people, Follow-through, Keep it running, AI tool and preferred start month or fixed dates) and, if you add them, a billing contact email, a purchase order number, a billing address and a note for me.
- Start request (personal page): your name and email, your choices (option, AI tool and preferred weeks), what takes most of your week, your country and, if you add one, a note for me.
- Both forms also record the version of the page each request was sent from.
I use these details to answer your request, prepare the confirmed order and, if you order, deliver and invoice the work. Without the required fields I cannot prepare an order. If you name a billing contact, please let them know you shared their details.
Who hosts the forms and the call booking
The forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes the submissions on my behalf. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The 30-minute call is booked through Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), which receives the details you enter when you book it.
How long submissions are kept
Form entries are deleted regularly unless an order follows. Records the law requires, such as orders and invoices, are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to tech@roybernheim.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority where you live.
