AI Setup for you

Your AI, set up around how you work

For consultants, founders and professionals, also for a side project next to a job. We set it up together on your real work, and you leave with a working assistant, a setup you own and a guide to run it yourself. Your employer's documents stay out.

You use AI most days. It still knows nothing about your work.

How it works

An AI Setup is two hands-on online sessions on your real work, with my preparation and build work around them.

  1. Before

Your intake and a few examples of work you repeat. I read them and prepare.

  2. Two sessions

Session 1 sets up your context folder (notes on your role, projects and tone) and your instructions. I then build and test your skills (saved steps for tasks you repeat) and your assistant. In Session 2 you use them on live work and learn to change them.

  3. After

Two weeks of questions, then a check-in four weeks after handover.

You drive, I guide, and every session ends with something running.

See every step
  1. Before Session 1

I reply to your start request with your start week and the terms. Then a short intake and 3-5 examples of work you repeat, such as emails, briefs or reports.

Your part A short form and a few examples

My part I read your intake and examples and prepare Session 1.

  2. Session 1, week 1

90 minutes, online. We map your week and choose the tool. Then we set up your context folder (short notes on your role, projects and tone) and your instructions (how the AI should work with you). In the Private setup, we also install an AI model on your own computer.

Your part 90 minutes, from your computer

My part I lead the session and set up your context folder and instructions with you.

  3. Between sessions, weeks 1-2

You use the instructions on real work and note what feels off.

Your part A few minutes a day

My part I build your skills and your assistant and test them on your examples.

  4. Session 2, weeks 2-3

90 minutes, online. You run the skills and the assistant on live work, we fix what is off, and I show you how to edit a skill and add a new one. You get the guide.

Your part 90 minutes, with a few live tasks

My part I fix what is off, show you how to edit a skill and hand over the guide.

  5. After handover

Two weeks of questions by email or WhatsApp, then a 30-minute check-in four weeks after handover.

Your part As needed, plus 30 minutes

My part I answer your questions for two weeks, then the check-in.

Your time: about three and a half hours live with me over about four weeks, plus a short form and a few minutes a day between sessions.

  • The Single session covers the intake and Session 1.

Questions

I could build this myself. Why pay for it?

You could, and if you enjoy building and have the time, you will probably do it well. What you pay for is a worked structure and my time: we build on your real work in two sessions, I build and test between them, and Session 2 shows you how to change it yourself.

Which AI tool should I use?

We choose it together in Session 1, based on your work and what you already pay for. The setup works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. You pay the subscription directly to the provider, from about USD 20 a month. Your context folder and instructions are plain files that move with you if you switch, and the skills and the assistant are built for the tool you choose. The setup lives where your tool keeps such things: a project in ChatGPT or Claude, Gems in Gemini, agents in Copilot.

I already use ChatGPT every day. What changes?

The setup adds your context, instructions, skills and an assistant around the tool you already use, so you stop re-explaining your work and recurring tasks follow the same steps each time. If you stay with ChatGPT, we build on what you already have there.

What does a skill or an assistant look like?

A skill is a saved set of steps for one task you repeat, such as a client follow-up email: what it reads, the steps it follows and the draft it hands back. An assistant takes a larger task, such as a Monday briefing from your calendar and open projects, and is set to ask before it sends, books or changes anything. AI output can be wrong, so you check a draft before it goes out.

Do I need to be technical?

No technical background is needed to start. Your context and instructions are plain text you can edit, and Session 2 shows you how to change a skill and add a new one. The guide covers the rest.

Single session or Full setup?

The Single session sets up your context folder and instructions in one 90-minute session, ready to use. The Full setup adds 3-5 skills, a working assistant, the guide, a second session, two weeks of questions and a check-in. If you are unsure, book the Single session first: its full price comes off the Full setup or the Private setup when you continue within 6 months.

Can it help in my day job?

Yes. The setup works on how you plan, write and prepare, from your own notes, while your employer's documents and accounts stay in the tools your employer approves. If your employer would pay, the teams page has the Leader setup, a setup for one leader inside the company's approved tool.

Can the assistant work for my own company?

Yes. If you run your own practice or company, it counts as your own work, so the assistant can take client follow-up, your pipeline, a recurring report or first drafts of posts and newsletters. A CRM, dashboards, further assistants or automations across several tools are quoted separately. A side business or startup you work on outside your job counts too, if you may use its material in your own accounts.

Do I need the Private setup for client work?

Only if a client's material may not go to a cloud AI. Otherwise the Full setup in your paid AI account fits. The Private setup runs on your own computer: a local AI model handles the material you mark as sensitive, and your cloud AI subscription handles the rest. All it needs is your own computer and an AI subscription; about USD 20 a month is enough. Your current computer is usually enough; we check it before Session 1. The Private setup is available on request: choose it in the form, and I confirm it with your start week.

Who owns what we build?

You do. Everything we build is yours, in your own accounts, and you can change it without me.

What keeps it going once the sessions end?

You have the guide, your files and the notes from each session, plus two weeks of questions by email or WhatsApp. The check-in four weeks after handover looks at what you use and what to fix. Keep it running adds a monthly session with questions in between, and you can cancel any month.

Can the sessions be in person?

Yes, on request, priced separately. Prices on this page are for online delivery. Add the place and dates to your request, and the terms state the in-person price before you commit.

Which languages are the sessions in?

Sessions in English or German; Spanish and Portuguese on request. We agree the language when I confirm your start week. Sessions are booked at a time that works in your time zone.

Which currency are the prices in?

Prices are in CHF. Prices exclude AI tool costs, VAT and expenses. A quote in USD or EUR is available on request.

What do I get before I commit?

With your start week, I send the terms with the full amount. Online work has no expenses; travel for an in-person session is named there with its amount. Your start is booked once you accept them.

Samples

Your context folder

A sample of the plain files that hold your context. You own them, and any major AI tool can read them.

  • about-me: your role, who you work with and how you like to work
  • projects: one short file per active project, with the goal, the people and the next steps
    • Example: onboarding a new client, kickoff on the 14th, proposal due at the end of the month
  • people: the clients, colleagues and partners you deal with most, and what each needs from you
  • tone: how you write, with two or three of your own emails as examples
  • methods: the templates and checklists you already use

Keep each file short, and update it as your work changes.

Your instructions

A sample of the single file that tells the AI how to work with you.

  • Who you are: an independent consultant with three active clients, writing one proposal this month
  • How to answer: short and direct, in your tone, in the language of the message
  • What to ask first: one question, when a request is unclear
  • What to avoid: phrases you never use, and topics that stay with you
  • Always check: figures, names and dates before they go into a draft
  • Never: send, book or change anything without asking you first

You edit it in any text editor. Session 2 shows you how.

Skills

A sample of one skill. A skill is a saved set of steps for a task you repeat, so the AI does it the same way each time.

Skill: client follow-up email

  • When to use: after a meeting or a call
  • Reads: your notes and the client's file in your context folder
  • Steps
    • Summarise what was agreed in three lines
    • List the next steps, each with an owner and a date
    • Write the email in your tone, short and specific
  • Hands back: a draft for you to read and send

The Full setup includes three to five skills, such as a weekly report, the first draft of a proposal or meeting prep.

Your working assistant

A sample of one assistant, built for a task you repeat every week and chosen together in Session 1.

Example: the Monday briefing

  • Reads: your calendar, your open projects and last week's notes
  • Prepares: a one-page briefing with the week's meetings, open decisions and drafts to review
  • Set to ask before: it sends, books or changes anything
  • Improves: in Session 2 you run it on live work, and we fix what is off

The assistant stays in your own account.

Your two-page guide

A sample of the guide you receive at handover, so you can keep the setup current and add to it yourself.

  • What you have: the context folder, the instructions, the skills and the assistant, and where each one lives
  • Weekly routine
    • Add the week's notes to the right project file
    • Fix any answer that missed, in the instructions or the skill
  • How to add a skill: write the task in plain steps, test it on two real examples, then save it
  • How to change the assistant: edit its steps, run it on a live task and check the result
  • If something breaks: go back to the last working version of the file, and send your question by email or WhatsApp in the two weeks after handover

Notes after a session

A sample of the notes you receive after each working session.

  • Done: what we set up, in the order we did it
  • Working now: what you can use today, and how
    • Example: your instructions file is in place, and the client follow-up skill is ready to try
  • Try before the next session: two or three small tasks on real work
  • Note what feels off: where answers miss, so the next session starts there
  • Next session: what we build or fix
